Overview

Dr. Alkhateeb is a Gastrointestinal, Bone and Soft tissue Pathologist at Lifespan Medical Center, Assistant Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and the Associate Program Director for the Gastrointestinal Pathology Fellowship Program at Brown University School of Medicine. Dr. Alkhateeb received his medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Medicine. He completed his Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency at the University of Louisville, and fellowships in GI and Surgical/Bone and Soft tissue Pathology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Alkhateeb's areas of research interest include neoplasia in Barrett's esophagus and early-onset colorectal cancer.
